Dr. Ignatiev is a specialist in computer science, machine learning, and AI methodologies, with strong expertise in developing advanced quantitative trading strategies. As a portfolio manager at Paloma Partners, he architected and developed a quantitative arbitrage research and trading platform for U.S. equities. In this role, he developed innovative models and successfully managed a trading portfolio with robust risk controls.
YURI GABOVICH, Senior Member
PhD, Probability, and Statistics
Dr. Gabovich is a specialist in mathematics, machine learning, AI applications, and optimization, with extensive experience in quantitative analysis and modeling. He previously served as Managing Director at Paloma Partners, where he architected and led the development of a risk management system and quantitative trading platforms for equities and credit derivatives.

Mr. Nitin Gambhir is the founder of Tethys Technology and Oceanus Securities and is a recognized expert in global quantitative trading. Ahead of launching his current businesses, Mr. Gambhir worked as a portfolio manager at S.A.C. Capital Advisors and founded Altus Asset Management, LLC, an institutional asset management firm. His extensive experience in quantitative strategies and asset management firms continues to shape his business philosophy.
MARK MELVIN, Engineering
Mr. Melvin has over 30 years of accomplished experience in managing the optimization of technologies for financial services. Mark has worked in leadership roles in multiple international financial firms.
JAMES MARVIN, Finance and Accounting
Mr. Marvin has held a variety of accounting and finance roles and responsibilities including CFO and Controller functions, mergers, acquisitions and operations management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School.

Mr. Earlywine is an Accomplished investment manager with 20+ years of experience in investment strategy, investing system development, asset allocation and hedge fund operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Dayton and an MBA in International Finance from Fordham University in New York.
